Coal Creek Golf Course is excited to announce that we’re transitioning to MemberSports as our new platform for online tee times, point-of-sale transactions, and member services! This new system not only equips our staff with advanced technology to streamline operations but is also designed to enhance your experience, making it more seamless, personalized, and enjoyable.
What You’ll Love About MemberSports
Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to:
- Easily book, amend, or cancel tee times.
- Easily log in to view your shop credits, rain checks, loyalty points, and playing history.
- Receive text message notifications for upcoming tee times, frost delays, course conditions, and more.
- And this is just the beginning! Even more features are coming soon to enhance your experience.
Things to note...
- The new system is scheduled to be in place March 1, 2025.
- If you would like to book a tee time in January please call the golf shop at 303-666-7888.
- All your existing information—loyalty points, pro shop credits, season pass details, and rain checks—will transfer to your new account.
- Credit card information is not stored in our database and will not be transfered. You will need to update your payment information in the new system.
