The Turn at Coal Creek is now open and currently serving beverages and grab-and-go options daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. following its April 1 soft opening.
Full service begins in May, with expanded food and drink offerings, private events, and beverage cart service during the golf season.

About The Turn at Coal Creek
The Turn at Coal Creek is operated by local restaurateur Chris Rubeck. A Lafayette native, Rubeck previously worked in the Coal Creek kitchen before launching Ruby Ru’s Food Truck in 2017, which later expanded into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and the dessert trailer Frost & Dough. The Turn brings him back to Coal Creek with a new concept designed for golfers, neighbors, and visitors.
