Today we are going to expand the concept of improving your grip to include the role of the grips on your golf clubs and your golf glove. Both of these items can greatly increase your golf shot consistency and club head speed.
Your only attachment to the golf club is with your hands. So much of a golf swing is outside your conscious control. If you feel the club is slipping in your hand you will automatically, without thinking, grip tighter. A tighter grips reduces club head speed and creates shots that travel to the right.
